Add a column to a Table Template from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Table Template must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Table Templates]
2️⃣ Table Templates ➡ select Table Template to edit
3️⃣ Table Template configuration ➡ Columns ➡ select [Add Column]
4️⃣ Table Template configuration ➡ new column ➡ type/select Column Name* Type* Column Settings Read only Hidden by default Always shown Clear value when element is copy-pasted Clear value when row is copied Add instructional data on hover
5️⃣ Table template configuration ➡ select [Save]

Supporting Knowledge

• Read only: This option makes a field read-only, displaying it in gray and preventing users from editing its content.
• Hidden by default: This option hides the field from view when users add a Table information item to an Experiment. Users can manually unhide the column if needed.
• Always shown: This option makes the column always visible in the table and prevents users from hiding it. The Hide column option becomes unavailable when enabled.
• Clear value when element is copy-pasted: This option clears the field's value when the information item is copy-pasted.
• Clear value when row is copied: This option clears the field's value when the row is copied.
• Add instructional data on hover: A free text box appears where administrators can enter instructional text (up to 500 characters) that displays when users hover over the column or property.
