Revvity Signals Support is pleased to announce our Customer Support portal and email addresses have moved to the Revvity Signals domain. Our new Support URL is now: https://support.revvitysignals.com/ Our Support platform provides customers with 24/7 access to our extensive knowledgebase, chat, customer forums, news and ticketing system. Our new email addresses are:

Customer Service: (for help with orders, downloads, codes, etc.): signals.customer_service@revvity.com
We highly encourage all customers to go to our web site first and engage with our self-help resources. Customers can create and update tickets directly from our web site if they are not able to find articles to help with their issue.
The previous PerkinElmer Support homepage URL should redirect to the new Revvity Signals Support site. Please note that direct links to specific pages on the previous PerkinElmer Support site can only be redirected to the new Revvity Signals Support home page, so you will need to update any bookmarks you may have saved.
The former PerkinElmer Support email addresses will at some point cease to be in service and will direct customers to the new email addresses listed above, so it is recommended that you update your address book with the new email addresses. For now, emails sent to the old PerkinElmer email addresses will still go to our Support platform.
