Signals Notebook: Define user privileges on Experiments from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ User role(s) must be created and defined.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Objects]
2️⃣ System Objects ➡ select Experiment
3️⃣ Experiment Privileges section ➡ select/deselect privileges for user roles

Supporting Knowledge

• Privileges available for Experiments:
  • Share: Allows users to share Experiments with other users of their choosing.
  • Share Templates: Allows users to share Experiment templates.
  • Move Experiments: Allows users to move Experiments to another notebook.
  • Trash Experiments: Allows users to trash Experiments.
  • Add Reviewers and Keep Open Experiments: Allows users to send for review, but does not change the Active state of the Experiment.
  • Sign and Add Reviewers Experiments: Allows users to sign experiments with witnessing.
  • Sign and Keep Open Experiments: Allows users to sign and keep open Experiments.
  • Void Experiments: Allows users to void Experiments.
  • Sign and Close Without Witnessing Experiments: Allows user to sign and close Experiments without witnessing.
  • Close Without Signing Experiments: Allows users to close Experiments without signing.
  • Two Stage Review Experiments: Allows users to use the two-stage review while reviewing Experiments.
  • Approve Experiments: Allows users to approve Experiments.

• For privileges related to workflows, signing options should be enabled in the Workflows page in order to be visible to the end user.
