Create a new User from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

*Required.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Users]
2️⃣ Users ➡ select [Create User]
3️⃣ Create User ➡ type/select First Name* Last Name* Email* Alias Country* Organization* License: Signals One, Notebook, others.
4️⃣ Create User ➡ select [Create]

Notes:

• User aliases are used only for naming sequences and must be unique. If there is a duplicate, the system will generate an alert.
• If an alias is used in auto-naming, then every user must have an alias; users without an alias will be blocked from creating objects/items.
• By default, all users are granted the Standard User role.
• If administrators have configured SAML for their tenant and would like to utilize Automatic User Creation, they can force the creation of users in Signals Authentication based on a domain name in the System Settings smart folder.
