Bulk import Users from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

*Required.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Users]
2️⃣ Users ➡ select  [Create User] ➡ select [Bulk Import]
3️⃣ Bulk User Import ➡ select  [Download Template]
4️⃣ .csv file ➡ open .csv file created ➡ add users to template ➡ save .csv file
5️⃣ Bulk User Import ➡ type/select Country* Organization*
6️⃣ Bulk User Import ➡ select [Choose File]
7️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select .csv file with users
8️⃣ Open window ➡ select [Open]
9️⃣ Bulk User Import ➡ select [Add New Users]

Notes:

• When generating the .csv file for upload, set the separating character to a comma (,) and use double quotes (“) for strings.
• All users from a single submission must be from the same country.
• If columns are filled out incorrectly or left blank, users will not be imported. An error message will be displayed.  
• Newly added users will receive an activation email with the link to access the instance.
• If the number of imported users exceeds available licenses, the bulk import will fail.  
• License counts appear in the upper-right corner of the window.
