Prior to this task:  

✔ User must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [Users]
2️⃣ Users ➡ select user to edit
3️⃣ Edit User ➡ modify First Name* Last Name* Email* Alias Country* Organization* User Roles System Groups License: Signals One, Notebook, others.
4️⃣ Edit User ➡ select [Save]
