Signals Notebook: Add a field(s) to the Notebook template from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ Attribute must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select   [System Objects]
2️⃣ System Objects ➡ select Notebook
3️⃣ Notebook Settings pane ➡ select Template
4️⃣ Notebook template section ➡ select [Fields]
5️⃣ Fields area ➡ select [Add New Field]
6️⃣ Add New Notebook Field area ➡ type/select Field Label* Attribute* Default Value Read Only Required 7️⃣ Add New Notebook Field area ➡ select [Save]

Notes:

• There is only one Notebook default template per tenant; as a result, there is only one naming convention for notebooks per tenant.
• Notebooks will be sequenced across the entire system, NOT for an individual user.
• Attributes within a system template can be optional or required at the time of creation or during signing and closing.
