Learn about Group Associations from the Signals Configuration

Group Associations allow system administrators to associate System Groups to specific Attributes, ensuring that group members can access specific values of any Attribute. This configuration helps enforce the Security Policy and control access to resources.

When configuring Group Associations:

• Use an Attribute to set the Security Policy rules to grant automatic access to resources with matching Attribute values.
• Restrict Attribute visibility so that end users see only a relevant subset of Attribute values.
• Associate an Attribute value to System Groups that have the necessary permissions to perform specific actions related to the list Attribute.
