Edit an Autotext Snippet from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task: 

✔ Autotext Snippet must be added.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select  [System Settings]
2️⃣ System Settings pane ➡ select Autotext ➡ select Snippets
3️⃣ Autotext – Snippets section ➡ select autotext snippet
4️⃣ Autotext – Snippets section ➡ edit text accordingly

Supporting Knowledge

Optionally, users can select the [Clear formatting] option from the text toolbar when copy-pasting content from websites or other third-party sources that may contain formatting information disrupting the display of the intended text content.
