Modify Workflow settings from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Settings]
2️⃣ System Settings pane ➡ select Other ➡ select Workflow Settings
3️⃣ Workflow Settings section ➡ Signature Settings ➡ select Creator can sign Allow reviewers to edit while In Review
4️⃣ Workflow Settings section ➡ Import Notebook ➡ select Enable Import of Notebooks from Signals Notebook Individual Edition
5️⃣ Workflow Settings section ➡ select  [Save Settings]

Supporting Knowledge

When the Creator can sign checkbox is enabled, the creator of an Experiment is able to sign even when they do not have full control over that Experiment. When unchecked, if the creator does not have full control, they cannot sign.

By default, creators of Experiments will have full control over their Experiments, meaning that they can sign and close; however, there are two exceptions:

• If the user creates an Experiment inside of another user’s Notebook, they will have written access only.
• If the Experiment has been shared to another user with full control, the second user can disable the full control of the creator.

Note: Full control will always override this workflow setting.

Selecting the Enable Import of Notebooks from Signals Notebook Individual Edition checkbox allows a pathway to transfer content to a new SNB Standard tenant. Users coming from an individual edition will be able to export and import Notebooks and the Experiments content within them.
