1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [System Settings]
2️⃣ System Settings pane ➡ select Other ➡ select User Settings
3️⃣ User Settings section ➡ select Users can edit first and last name Users can enable autofill of most recently used value for field/property lists on Experiment, ADO, Notebook, and Request creation
4️⃣ User Settings section ➡ select  [Save Settings]
