Configure the settings of the Analysis tab of the Extensible Normalization app to apply a shared normalization method in Signals VitroVivo

Prior to this task:

✔ Spotfire for Signals (item) must be opened.

✔ Plate design must be applied from the Grid Plate Editor app.

✔ Extensible Normalization app must be opened.

1️⃣ Extensible Normalization – Analysis tab ➡ Data Configuration ➡ select Control column Feature columns Result column name ➡ type new name
2️⃣Extensible Normalization – Analysis tab ➡ Data Configuration ➡ select [Next]
3️⃣ Extensible Normalization – Analysis tab ➡ Normalization Settings ➡ select [Show shared methods] Intra plate method Inter plate method Negative controls Positive controls
4️⃣ Extensible Normalization – Analysis tab ➡ select [Apply]
