Execute the steps of an In Vitro Analysis in Signals

Prior to this task: 

✔ In Vitro Analysis must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select [In Vitro Analyses]
2️⃣ In Vitro Analyses ➡ select In Vitro Analysis
3️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Contents ➡ Materials ➡ select [Table]
4️⃣ Table section ➡ enter materials (manually, import via CSV upload, or select from a Material Library) ➡ fill out user column information
5️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Contents ➡ Plates ➡ select [Plates]
6️⃣ Plates section ➡ select and review Well Format  and Concentration tabs
7️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Contents ➡ Instrument Data ➡ select [Instrument Data]
8️⃣ Instrument Data section ➡ select [Add data to Parse]
9️⃣ Load and Parse window ➡ select [Select file to upload or drag and drop] ➡ browse and select data files ➡ select  [Parse data]
🔟 In Vitro Analysis Contents ➡ Data Assembly ➡ select [Data Assembly]
1️⃣1️⃣ Data Assembly section ➡ select [Assemble] †
1️⃣2️⃣ In Vitro Analysis Contents ➡ select Analytics
1️⃣3️⃣ Analytics section ➡ select [RUN]

† Table view options for easier analysis of specific subsets:

• [Columns]: a checkbox list of all columns in the table is displayed. Select it to hide or show columns in the table view as needed.
• [rearrange] icon: a column can be repositioned in the table view by dragging and dropping it to the desired location.
• [link] icon: matched columns are represented by this icon. Hover over it to see the matched column name and its source name.
• [“column name”]: the table can be sorted in ascending or descending order by selecting the column header.
• [Filter “column name”] icon: rows are filtered by the selected column. Filter options are determined by the column type. 
  • To clear a specific column filter, select the [Filter “column name”] icon in the column header, or the [clear] icon at the top left of the table view.
  • To clear all filters, select [Clear filters].

Optionally, the full content of the resulting table from the Data Assembly step can be downloaded by selecting the [Download] button at the upper right of the In Vitro Analysis.
