† Table view options for easier analysis of specific subsets:
[Columns]: a checkbox list of all columns in the table is displayed. Select it to hide or show columns in the table view as needed.
[rearrange] icon: a column can be repositioned in the table view by dragging and dropping it to the desired location.
[link] icon: matched columns are represented by this icon. Hover over it to see the matched column name and its source name.
[“column name”]: the table can be sorted in ascending or descending order by selecting the column header.
[Filter “column name”] icon: rows are filtered by the selected column. Filter options are determined by the column type.
- To clear a specific column filter, select the
[Filter “column name”] icon in the column header, or the
[clear] icon at the top left of the table view.
- To clear all filters, select
[Clear filters].

Optionally, the full content of the resulting table from the Data Assembly step can be downloaded by selecting the [Download] button at the upper right of the In Vitro Analysis.
