Publish data to Data Factory from an In Vitro Analysis in Signals

Prior to this task: 

✔ In Vitro Analysis must be created.

✔ In Vitro Analysis steps must be executed.

✔ Data Factory Project must be selected for the In Vitro Analysis.

1️⃣ Signals Dashboard ➡ select [In Vitro Analyses]
2️⃣ In Vitro Analyses ➡ select In Vitro Analysis
3️⃣ In Vitro Analysis ➡ select [Publish]
4️⃣ Publish In Vitro Analysis to Data Factory window ➡ select desired data table(s)
5️⃣ Publish In Vitro Analysis to Data Factory window ➡ select [Publish]

Supporting Knowledge

When publishing completes successfully, from the In Vitro Analysis, select [Publication] to open the Publication page, which displays a summary of the last 20 successful/failed publications.

Optionally, completed results can be verified from the Inventa Dashboard by selecting the corresponding Data Factory project, then selecting Review under the Report column to open the Published Reports page.

Note: If publications show "Completed with warnings" or "Failed," select the [download report] button to download a .json file report with a list of errors and/or warnings, including which rows and columns were not published and why. Identify the issue, fix the source data, and republish it as needed.
