While trying to print an embedded Word document, I didn't get the chemical structures.
This is a problem in MS Office as ChemDraw is not involved the Word printing or File saving process.
Please try the following steps as a workaround:
1. Open your Word document.
2. Create a PDF file either using File > Export (then select Create PDF/XPS Document) or File > Save As (then specify the Save as type:" as PDF (*.pdf))
3. Use the PDF file for printing
