In Chem3D v.22.x, 1H-indole (on the right as seen in the screenshot below) as well as other compounds/molecules, are displayed incorrectly when the 3D model is generated. In the case of 1H-indole, as in the example below, it is displayed as 1H-isoindole (on the left)
Solution: Upgrading to v.23 fixes the issue. Please see the images from Chem3D v.23.x
