There are several steps to take while trying to import Notebooks/Experiments from SNB Individual to standard. The first thing that we need to know is that this export/import process is only available from Individual to Standard.
- Choose the notebook to export and from the actions menu on the right side choose export to file.
2. If your notebook contains over 100 experiments you will have the option to choose a range of the experiments to be exported, as a recommendation you should not export more than 100 experiments at a time.
Once you have selected the range of experiments to export click on export to file.
3. After you have saved the file on your machine, navigate to your SNB standard tenant; click on the drop down menu next to your name and select the option Import notebook from file.
Note: For this option to be available an administrator needs to enable the import option from the system configuration menu.
4. You will be prompt with options to drag and drop or search for the file on your machine. After you do this you are able to import.
Also there is the option to import to an existing notebook or create a new one, we suggest the first import is to create a new notebook and after the first import you can import into the newly created notebook.
Note: we suggest that the name of the newly created notebook is the same as it was in the individual tenant.
