1. Is Signals Notebook Individual Edition the same as Standard Edition?
No. Individual and Standard are different versions of the Signals Notebook application with distinct features, the main one being all administration and configuration options missing in Individual are available in Standard. 2. I can’t login to Standard Edition.
The first step to access Signals Notebook Standard is to be added as a user to the new tenant by a tenant Administrator. If there are issues with logging in to the new tenant, please refer to the following articles:

3. How do I get access to Signals Notebook Standard Edition?
You or your institution need to have an active Signals Notebook Standard subscription and a configured tenant. Your tenant administrator will then be able to add you as a user to the tenant. For additional information, please review this article:

4. I do not see my experiments from Signals Notebook Individual Edition.
Data from Signals Notebook Individual is not available in Signals Notebook Standard. Both applications are independent and do not share data or configuration. You need to manually import your data from Individual to Standard. For additional information, please review these articles:

5. How do I share data in Standard Edition?
Sharing in Signals Notebook Standard is similar to sharing in Individual. You can use the ‘Sharing’ option to provide access to an experiment to single Users or Groups. Administrators have enhanced sharing options via System Groups and Security Policies. For additional information, please review the following articles:

6. What happens to my Signals Individual groups?
Signals Notebook Individual Edition and Standard Edition do not share data or configuration. Individual Edition groups are not available by default in Standard Edition, they need to be created. Please review the following article:

7. Can you move my experiments from Individual Edition to Standard Edition for me?
No. For confidentiality and security reasons, Revvity Signals Support does not have access to the user’s data. You will need to manually export your data from the Signals Notebook Individual tenant. You can find the steps in the following articles:

8. Can you move experiments that I do not have access to?
No. For confidentiality and security reasons, Revvity Signals Support does not have access to the user’s data. The owner of those experiments needs to login and manually export their experiments themselves, or share them with at least Read access with another user for them to export the experiments. 9. Who are the system administrators for my Standard Edition?
All users that have been assigned the ‘System Admin’ role in a Signals Notebook Standard tenant are administrators.
Please reach out to your local IT Team or the person that added you to the Signals Notebook tenant when an administrator’s help is needed.
