When submitting a support case, it's useful to provide a general view of the current system in cases where some processes are not properly working. To create a general system status information file, please connect to admin machine, change directory to the SDF deployment ansible directory (e.g. Server/sdf-standalone-cluster-deployment-ansible) and run the following command:
./scripts/collect-system-status-info.sh
This script will collect information about the environment for a general reference of the status of the system.

Cluster configuration
Kubernetes cluster info
Pods describe and status
Ceph storage
Ansible Additional parameters
The script will generate file called sdf_system_status_info.txt. Please provide this file to support for further review.
