✔ Relationship between custom entity and core entity must be created.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Data Factory]
2️⃣ Entities section ➡ select custom entity ➡ select Relationships
3️⃣ Entities section ➡ Relationships tab ➡ relationship ➡ select [Row Options] ➡ select Edit
4️⃣ Relationship window ➡ edit settings
5️⃣ Relationship window ➡ select [Save Changes]
