A blank screen appears after I authenticate with my credentials for Signals ChemDraw and try to launch the application.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Uninstall ChemDraw and ChemDraw Applications using the Programs and Features option in your Control Panel.
2. Click Start and enter "Regedit". When the Registry editor appears, right-click on it and select "Run as Administrator (Or More > Run as Administrator).
3. Open Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\com.revvity.chemdraw
Note: The entries are in alphabetical order. Skip the ones that start with a period (".") and go to the ones that start with the letter "C"
4. Right-Click the "com.revvity.chemdraw" folder and delete it.
5. Reinstall ChemDraw and test again.
