Support Site Now Powered by Generative AI Search

We're pleased to announce that our Support website now has a Generative AI search capability. Generative search provides AI-generated answers to users' search queries based on the content in our Knowledgebase. The top matching articles and posts are evaluated by generative AI, which then generates an answer.  You can view generated answers without clicking through search results or scanning related articles.  You can still easily click into the articles for more information, because the generated answer is derived from the primary search results.  Simply type your question or problem into any search bar on the support website to get started.
