What to do if you delete a map by accident

Question: I have mistakenly deleted a map in Data Factory. I was looking to download the map by clicking on the name of the map but instead, I clicked the trash icon and deleted it by accident. Is there any way to recover it?

Answer: Unfortunately, there is no way to recover deleted maps at this time. If the map you deleted was an AER map, you can regenerate it by following the following steps:

1. Go to the source Measurement Type

2. Click on Add Attribute , the add new attribute name like Random Experimental Factor

3. Click create and add attribute. This saves the attribute.

4. Go to list of attributes and find the new attribute you have just created and edit the Attribute category to Experimental Factor

5. Once set is will automatically be saved

6. Click on the box next to the name of your new attribute

7. This should trigger the generation fo the AER Map.

Reminder, this is only possible for AER Maps.
