Authentication Update for Revvity Signals Support Portal

Effective Date: September10, 2025

We are streamlining the authentication process for three key Revvity Signals portals:

1. Support site
2. Download Center
3. Ecommerce site

What This Means for You

• On September 10th, all three sites will use the same username and password.
• If you have existing credentials for the Download Center (https://revvitysignals.flexnetoperations.com) or our online store (https://shop.revvitysignals.com), you can use them to log in to the Support site.

How to Log In after September 10th:

1. Existing Users:
   • Try your Download Center or online store credentials when logging into the Support site.
2. Unsure if you have an account?
   • Use the "Forgot Password" option on the Login page.
   • If you receive a reset password email within a few minutes, you have an account.
   • If you don't receive an email, you'll need to create a new account.
3. New Users:
   • Create a new account from the Login page.
