Define Inventa User Roles from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task:

✔ User Role must be available.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [User Roles]
2️⃣ User Roles ➡ select Inventa tab
3️⃣ User Roles - Inventa ➡ select/deselect privileges for user roles

Supporting Knowledge

• Inventa privileges available:
  • Manage Inventa: Allows user to manage Inventa Analysis.
  • Create Analysis: Allows user to create new Inventa Analysis.
  • Edit Analysis: Allows user to edit Inventa Analysis.
  • Move Analysis: Allows user to move Inventa Analysis to another parent entity.
  • Share Analysis: Allows user to share Inventa Analysis with other users.
  • Trash Analysis: Allows user to trash Inventa Analysis.
  • Export Analysis: Allows user to export Inventa Analysis.
