ChemFinder: Missing menu bar ChemFinder application.

The Menu Bar is missing on the ChemFinder software.

Solution:

To reset the menu bar, please try the following:

1. Press Alt Key then the  "V" key (This is the shortcut key to open the View menu).
2. From the View menu, select Toolbars Customize (Needs the menu bar).
3. Under the Toolbars tab, click Reset All.
4. Under the Menu tab, click Reset.
5. Check the "Show Menus for" drop-down list and repeat #3 on each item.
6. Click the Close button.

If you still can not see the menu bar, please try the following:

1. Close ChemFinder.
2. Select Run from the Start menu.
3. Type "Regedit".
4. Browse to the following folder and delete the folder.

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RevvitySignalsSoftware\ChemFinder\General\Toolbar Settings

For older versions: \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PerkinElmerInformatics\ChemFinder\21.0\General\Toolbar Settings

(We used version 21, but the path will change depending on your version number)

5. Restart the machine and retest the problem.
