† Table view options for easier analysis of specific subsets:
[Columns]: a checkbox list of all columns in the table is displayed. Select it to hide or show columns in the table view as needed.
[rearrange] icon: a column can be repositioned in the table view by dragging and dropping it to the desired location.
[link] icon: matched columns are represented by this icon. Hover over it to see the matched column name and its source name.
[“column name”]: the table can be sorted in ascending or descending order by selecting the column header.

[Filter “column name”] icon: rows are filtered by the selected column. Filter options are determined by the column type.
- To clear a specific column filter, select the
[Filter “column name”] icon in the column header, or the
[clear] icon at the top left of the table view.

Note: The mapping in step 1️⃣1️⃣ is required for the Analytics step (Normalization and Curve Fitting).
Optionally, the full content of the resulting table from the Data Assembly step can be downloaded by selecting the [Download] button at the upper right of the In Vitro Analysis.
Optionally, the LookUp Table option can be selected to upload an external table stored locally. Once uploaded, the [Configure Matching] and the
[Add Columns] buttons can be used to merge columns from the external table into the analysis data, following the same process as for Plates.
