† Normalization methods available:
- Intra Plate Method: none, Median polish.
- Inter Plate Method: none, Median, Normalized percent activation (NPA) (ratio), Normalized percent inhibition (NPI) (ratio), Normalized percent activation (NPA), Normalized percent inhibition (NPI), Reversed NPI (ratio), Robust Normalized Percent Activation (NPA), Robust Normalized Percent Inhibition (NPI), % of negative controls, Z-score.
- Median-based normalizations are called "Robust" because they are not heavily influenced by extreme outliers.
Notes:
- A second readout can be added so that two inputs are used for a simple calculation, allowing the normalization feature to be computed.
- The
[RUN] button remains disabled until all Analytics parameters are configured.
