Signals Synergy: Enhanced Work Order Transition Options

The Signals Notebook 25.10 release introduces a significant enhancement to the workflow for managing Work Orders with a single associated Synergy Experiment. Previously, submitting the Synergy Experiment automatically submitted the Work Order. With this update, users now have greater flexibility in determining the transition state of the Work Order during Synergy Experiment submission.
