Synergy: How to Verify Successful Communication Between Production and CRO in Signals Synergy

Overview

After sending a Work Order from your main (Production) tenant, follow these steps to confirm that communication was established successfully and that the CRO has received the work order and its contents.

Verification Steps (On the CRO Side)

1. Log In to the CRO Environment

• Switch to or log in directly with the designated CRO user/manager account.

2. Check the Notification Bell

• Look at the top navigation bar.

• You should see an active alert on the Notification Bell icon indicating a new work order has arrived.

3. Open the Collaborations Section

• Navigate to the Collaborations tab.

• Verify that the collaboration sent from the Production tenant is listed.
