Load and publish entity data to Data Factory from the Inventa Dashboard

Prior to this task: 

✔ Entity map must be configured. 

✔ Data files must be available locally.

1️⃣ Inventa Dashboard ➡ Data Factory Projects ➡ select project  ➡ select [Publish]
2️⃣ Publish Data ➡ Data Table to Publish ➡ select [Choose File]
3️⃣ Open window ➡ browse and select data file
4️⃣ Open window ➡ select [Open]
5️⃣ Publish Data ➡ select Entity Select Entity* Mapping Name* Selection contains columns that need formatting – Format*
6️⃣ Publish Data ➡ select [Publish]

Supporting Knowledge

A bulk delete option is available to permanently delete previously published data via the Inventa Dashboard. Note that this option requires explicit mapping of a Unique Result ID. To use this option, upload a file containing the list of Unique Result IDs to delete, then select [Bulk Delete]. A confirmation screen will be displayed to warn that this action will permanently delete all data associated with the URIs in this file and cannot be undone. The deletion event will appear on the corresponding project's Published Reports page.
