Signals ChemDraw: User is unable access ChemDraw and receives a "You need a license to access this application" error.

User is unable to open Signals ChemDraw getting "You need a license to access this application" error message:

Solution: 

Please contact your tenant administrator to re-enable your access to the software.  Most likely you are listed as a user on the tenant, but your Signals ChemDraw option is not checked.  

This can only be done by your tenant admin.  The support team does not have access to this option.
