ChemDraw crashes while trying to open a template from the Template Tool available in the main toolbar as shown below:
If so, we are aware of this behavior for some users, but the issue is specific to computer or user's account.
Since this issue is specific to your machine/environment, we recommend opening the Toolbar from View >Templates >(e.g., Bio Instruments) as a workaround.
