Description
In peptide drawings, you may need to flip the orientation of helices or the entire chain. ChemSketch provides several flip options that can be applied to the selected structure to change its handedness or orientation.
Solution
The Flip (on Bond, Top to Bottom, and Left to Right) buttons are located on the Structure toolbar . Please experiment with the different types of flips that can be performed to achieve the desired result.
