Description
When an error message is encountered, sometimes the bug report cannot be sent or the email disappears. The bug report log files can still be retrieved on the computer.
Solution
- Open File Explorer and navigate to the C:\ drive.
- In the address bar, type “%ProgramData%” and press Enter.
- Navigate to Advanced Chemistry Development > C__Program Files_ACDXXXXX > Luminata > bug_reports > temp.
- Make an archive (in .zip format) and send it to Support. You can also double-click to open the bug report log file in Notepad to investigate.
