Luminata: Restoring access to Luminata when services fail on SDBES machine

Description
If the SDBES (Spectrus DB Enterprise Server) machine has been rebooted (e.g. Windows Update for security), the ACDADIntegrationSvc service may need to be restarted.

Solution

1. On the SDBES machine, open Services and check ACDADIntegrationSvc startup type.
2. If the startup type is Disabled, right-click on the ACDADIntegrationSvc service and select Properties. In the General tab, change Startup type to Automatic or Manual and click OK.
3. If the ACDADIntegrationSvc startup type is Automatic or Manual, right-click on the ACDADIntegrationSvc service and click Restart.
