Luminata JS: Where to find log files

Description
To resolve an issue with Luminata JS, logs should be collected and sent to Technical Support to review.

Solution

1. Browse console log: Press Ctrl + Shift + J in Web Browser (like Google Chrome)
2. Tomcat log is located in:

%TOMCAT_ROOT%\logs\%app_name%

3. Spectrus DB Server logs are located in:

%ACD_ROOT%\SPECTRUSDB.SRV\cbookserver_errors.log

%ACD_ROOT%\SPECTRUSDB.SRV\cbookserver_scripts.log

4. Create a folder called logs, place all found logs there, archive it (in .zip format) and send to Technical Support.
