Luminata: How to check performance

Description
Users who encounter performance issues may run benchmarks to review and compare their results with the ACD/Labs predefined test environment. The benchmark results may be used to locate the source of the performance issues.

Note the solution can be applied only by a user in ESMC that has application admin rights, similar to SPECTRUSDB_ADMIN, or by Spectrus DB admin.

Solution

1. Navigate to Database > Tools > Run Benchmarks.
2. Select the desired benchmarks to run from the list of benchmarks and click Run.
3. In the View Benchmarks window, select the References Source that applies to your Spectrus DB server setup.
4. Save your results as a .log file or .acdbr file and send to Technical Support.
5. If you have previously obtained benchmarks and want to compare to the ACD/Labs test environment, navigate to Database > Tools > View Benchmarks. Select the References Source and click the triple bar (≡) icon to Load Benchmarks. Select a .acdbr file to load the benchmark results.
