ChemDraw Perpetual Maintenance Renewals will be discontinued on July 1st, 2026

We would like to share some important information regarding an upcoming change to our ChemDraw licensing model.

As a follow-on to our previous announcement regarding the discontinuation of perpetual licenses, effective July 1st, 2026, perpetual maintenance renewals for all ChemDraw products will be discontinued. Moving forward, customers with perpetual maintenance plans will transition to subscription licensing at the time of renewal.

Revvity Signals understands that changes like this require planning, and we have made this decision with the aim of providing you with a more consistent and scalable way to deliver ongoing updates, enhanced features, and improved customer support through subscription licensing.

While perpetual maintenance renewals will no longer be available starting July 1st, 2026, customers will continue using the same ChemDraw products with access to the latest releases, with no loss of functionality or changes to their existing workflows.
