Share a Parser Definition with other users from the Signals Configuration

For Administrators only.

Prior to this task: 

✔ A Parser Definition must be enabled.

*Required.

1️⃣ Signals Configuration ➡ select [Parser Definitions]
2️⃣ Parser Definition ➡ select parser definition to share
3️⃣ Parser Definition ➡ select [Sharing]
4️⃣ Sharing ➡ select Users/Groups
5️⃣ Users/Group tab ➡ select Filter by username/group name... ➡ type username/group name ➡ select [plus icon]
6️⃣ User/Groups section ➡ select [permission]

Supporting Knowledge

Note: By default, full control of each Parser Definition in a tenant is granted to all administrators. This task should only be performed if access to a specific Parser Definition is intended to be granted to additional users for management purposes. In addition, the 'Manage Parser Definitions' privilege must be assigned to those users before management of the Parser Definition is possible. Sharing is not required for Parser Definitions to be accessed from an In Vitro Analysis template.

When sharing is performed, Read, Write, or Full Control access may be granted:

• Read – users can enable/disable but not edit.
• Write – users can enable/disable, edit, and trash.
• Full Control – users can enable/disable, edit, trash, restore, share, and more.
