Description
In Spectrus Processor, users can customize the layout of the chromatogram and MS/MS² data panes. The panes can be displayed either side by side or stacked vertically. This article explains how to change the layout so that the chromatogram is displayed in the upper pane and the MS/MS² data is shown below it.
Solution
The layout changes when the Split Panes Vertically option is enabled in Spectrus Processor. Disable this option to return to the standard view, where the chromatogram is displayed on top and the MS/MS² data appears below.
Steps:
Open a dataset in Spectrus Processor
From the View menu select Panes Layout
Check the state of the option Split Panes Vertically. Clear the Split Panes Vertically option to restore the default layout, where the chromatogram is displayed at the top and the MS and MS/MS² data are shown below.
