If your license was ordered by someone without mentioning your contact details at the time of purchase, then the license will get registered under the purchaser and only he will have the admin privileges. In such cases:
- You can request the license admin to add you to the license,
- Submit a request to Informatics Support or Customer Service with the order number and/or activation code provided. We will, in turn, contact the admin for approval and add you to the license.
- Once your email is added to the license, you get an automated 'Welcome' email, that will help you to log in to the Download Center portal.
Note: If the admin has shared a link with you to download the software, the link will not work if you do not have an account for the download center as mentioned here.
The links for any cloud component are not the same as the one for the Download Center.

I purchased ChemDraw lisence(ORD58151), but I can not download it. I can not login. Please help me in japanese how to download ChemDraw.
