Signals Inventa error: SAR analysis. Failed to get display entities. Authorization required.

When using SAR analysis app the following errors appear:

- 'SAR analysis. Failed to get display entities. Authorization required.'

- 'Failed to load ‘AdvancedModalView’ Response status code does not indicate success 308 (Permanent Redirect)'

Details:

The SDF ApiKey must be set correctly for the SAR Analysis and Assay Results Review app to work properly.

1. Open Spotfire Analyst as administrator and go to Tools > Administration Manager.
2. In the Preferences tab of the Administration Manager, select the user group that should have access to the Signals Inventa and add the ApiKey in the Signals LeadDiscovery General > SDF ApiKey preference.

Note: It is recommended that you restart the Spotfire Analyst in order for the new preference settings to take effect.
