Customer Service: My Institution does not appear on ChemDraw site subscription gallery

Problem: Your institution's name does not appear in the Revvity Signals ChemDraw Subscription Gallery when trying to access your academic site subscription.

Solution: Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Verify your subscription is still active
   • Contact your institution's ChemDraw license administrator to confirm your academic site subscription has not expired
2. Check the Subscription Gallery
   • Visit the ChemDraw Subscription Gallery and search for your institution's name
   • Ensure you are spelling the institution name correctly
3. If your subscription is active but your institution is still not listed:
   • Please contact our support team directly:
