E-Notebook Enterprise: Users see Error Initializing Field in Office sections - "Sorry, StoryFragments part failed to load"

In MS Office sections (e.g. MS Word Document section), users may see the following message:

"Error Initializing Field MS Word Document: Sorry, StoryFragments part failed to load."

ROOT CAUSE

The issue is caused by the following Windows update from Microsoft:

December 13, 2022-KB5021086 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10, version 20H2
