When attempting to 'Sign and Close' an experiment in E-Notebook the following errors are shown:
"Sorry, The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT:0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))"
"Sorry, Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {7249821-3203-101B-B02E-04021 C009402} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80004002 No such interface support (Exception from HRESULT:0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE))"
Solution:
The errors occur because Adobe Acrobat is not installed on the client machine, or the installed Adobe version is not supported by that E-Notebook version. Older versions of E-Notebook Enterprise only support Adobe Acrobat 32 bit versions.
