Sorry, An error occurred while connecting to the central database (while executing startup commands: while executing login command "Setup Reg Fragments Configuration", the currently logged-in user does not have permission to change this collection)

If you get this error when trying to logging into E-notebook please follow the steps below

1) Check with the administrator user if the new User has the User configuration folder below the username if not you can add it manually or copy it from another user.

2) Check if the user have a missing role at CBOE to access ELN application if not please add the corresponding role.
