E-Notebook: Sorry, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

When trying to sign and close an experiment and you get the following error message.

Sorry, The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\tmp63AB.pdf' because it is being used by another process.

This is a know issue with the application Crowdstrike, please check if at your company/organization has Crowdstrike security software. This could be preventing the close of the experiment.

Workarounds

1- Disable Crowdstrike

2- Removing the temp folder location from Crowdstrike configuration rules

3- Uninstalling Crowdstrike
