E-Notebook Enterprise: Executing the SQL "Open" error message is displayed when attempting to load the ELN Client

When attempting to load the E-Notebook Enterprise client the following error is displayed: "Sorry, an error occurred while opening a client connection: while setting up connection to central database: an error occurred while executing the SQL "Open": Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Solution: This error is displayed when the ODAC is not correctly installed or incorrectly configured, also if the version of the ODAC installed is not supported by the version of E-Notebook. Uninstall and re-install the correct version of ODAC in the system.
