Summary:
On November 30, 2024, Spotfire is officially ending support for version 11.4 LTS and 12.5 of the Spotfire product family. Until then, Support will answer product questions, but no new defect corrections, in the form of hotfixes or service packs, will be provided for these versions. The latest LTS versions - 12.0 and 14.0 - are not affected by this announcement.

On November 30, 2024, Spotfire is officially ending support for version 11.4 LTS and 12.5 of the Spotfire product family. This includes the following products:
- Spotfire Analyst
- Spotfire Automation Services
- Spotfire Business Author
- Spotfire Consumer
- Spotfire Desktop
- Spotfire Developer
- Spotfire Qualification
- Spotfire Server
- Spotfire Statistics Services
Note: for Spotfire Statistics Services, the versions affected by this policy (end of support) are 11.4 LTS and 12.3.
The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this retirement and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.
Check the Product Download Site for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. As part of your upgrade planning, please make sure to determine what type of release - Long Term Support (LTS) or Mainstream (non-LTS) - best suits your needs. Please refer to the following page for more information about this: https://docs.tibco.com/pub/spotfire/general/LTS/spotfire_LTS_releases.htm.
Until the retirement date, Support will answer product questions, however product updates will not be provided. After the retirement date has been reached, new cases reported against the retired release(s) will no longer be accepted and existing cases under investigation will be closed.
Available hotfixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
